Even the Pansies don't look impressed with the photographic capability, they look knackered.

Ok i know you will make fun of me, but ~!, it was the first image that unconsiously came to my mind ,that of a weevil beetle!
Of course no insect can be identified like that..lol
At least if we consider the pansy flowers petal size, which can vary but looks 2-3 cm and that the thing has a beetlish look...
Well i m just daydreaming lol

It's not a bee. It's a syrphid fly. Jeff Prill

Lol I love this thread and I love the Pansie photo. I'm just wondering are there any women who actually use this forum constructively? probably not Anyway I doubt we'll hear from travelerx again

OMG, how much fun in this thread! LOL You guys are so inventing in humorous replies! BTW, I have a friend (woman) in Moscow, who's specialising on macro-photos of butterflies and flowers! Amazing photos she's taking, very good for IDs, and she's learned the latin names of them! So not all the women are such as our poor 'travelerx'

Upon careful investigation of this photo, I discovered that it is of the rare and elusive Cantus seeum, more commonly known as the Ninja Bug.
