use moneygrame from the post office dunc. Never had a problem. Just same system as WU. If your money hasn't been claimed by the other side, then surely they have to refund you. Hope it gets sorted mate. regards pete

for £2000 to uganda it costs about £28. But if i am paying for postage fees from my dealer, I tell them that they pay the moneygrame fees, which they are always happy to do. I have never used WU because of the horror stories i have read about on the net. try it mate much easier

In any business there will be losses. That has to be accounted for when pricing and calculating revenue and profit.
And there will be bad customers. They are the ones who are more trouble than they are worth. So you drop them.
In the case of a good customer who makes a mistake, even one that won't admit to it or do the right thing, one must put emotions aside and concentrate on the business.
If this is such a good customer, it is financially better to absorb the loss, forget your anger and disappointment, and send him a replacement. That way you can continue business with him and get more money from him.
The same for importing. Despite issues with suppliers and USFWS I kept going. It wasn't so much for me, but so my suppliers got some cash and my customers were happy. I finally quit after a well known US supplier imported the same rare species as I did- but he did it without complete permits, so his costs were lower, and his selling price was low.
In all cases, is it a rare, one-time thing or can it be expected to be recurring? Back to my importing example, I could survive suppliers sending B specimens, and the occasional bum buyer. But what I couldn't survive was the huge mass of insects being imported illegally by the top dealers, and/or the dealers refusing to pay the suppliers, which creates a non-competitive environment. That trend seemed to be growing, so it was time to quit.
I wouldn't let one bum buyer- particularly a typically good one- stop my business.
