On the page : www.lepido-france.fr/liens/categorie/region-orientale1/you will get many links about oriental butterfly fauna (including Philippinas archipelago). Within 10 minutes, you will identify most of your butterflies, and firstly the most common like Papilio demoleus (number 12). Numbers 3 and 8 are moths.

10 - Papilio alphenor ledebouria Eschsholtz, (1821), male 15 - Papilio alphenor ledebouria female To Adam : Tsukada et alii use P. alphenor ledebouria ( polytes group for Philippines). Many other authors speak about P. polytes ledebouria. Which is the updated denomination ? Thanks in advance ! Attachments:

No16 Graphium sarpedon sarpedon : OK No17 Athyma - Moduza sp. No 18 - Probably Melanitis boisduvalia carales Fruhstorfer (I have only a picture of the upperside. I can't check the underside). No19 Euploea mulciber semperi - OK, male No 20 - Athyma cosmia Semper, 1878 No 21 - Junonia almana L., 1758 No 22 - melanitis - Melanitis leda leda (wet season form) LINNAEUS, 1758, male No 23 Symbrenthia hippoclus : S. hippoclus semperi Moore, 1899 or Symbrenthia anna Semper, 1888 ? No 24 - Neptis sp. (Too many sp. from this genus, difficult to distinguish from a such picture : no view on the fore wing underside). No 25 - Difficult to see from this picture : Phalanta phalanta luzonica Fruhstorfer No 26 Rhinopalpa polynice amoenice ; according d'Abrera, there is a great confusion about Philippines ssp. for this sp. Sure, it's R. polynice Cramer, 1779. No 27 Lethe??? - Looks very much like Lethe delila Staudinger, 1896, given by d'Abrera for Borneo. I can't tell more, only that's a female. No 28 Graphium agamemnon comodos - According Tsukada, ssp. comodus is from Sulawesi and neighbouring islands. In Philippines, it's the nominal ssp. : agamemnon agamemnon L., 1758. Actually, your sample does not look like comodus : in comodus the green dots are much smaller in size. No 29 : Seems to be an Hypolimnas anomala ssp. Looks like H. anomala wallaceana female from Sulawesi. No30 Hebomoia glaucippe : OK, male Would be much more easy with both upperside and underside views ! Attachments:
