Legal if they have CITES documentation for the specimen. But requirements vary from country to country.

Yes an interesting price for a tatty female "goliath" found deep in the netherlands of Poland. Still even goliaths need documents nowdays.

Yes, he's the guy and I'm sure that it is without CITES just like the Parnassius he sells every so often from Greece.
