Dear friends and customers ...
Let me make some things clear ... I am Alain , still manager from Thebugmaniac
I am married with an Indonesian woman and i transferred my business legally to Indonesia. However i am living in France and operate my stock and shipments from France.
My paypalaccount is on name of Rahmat Hasan, who is my brother in law.
Now about the comments ... I normally do not reply on these matters because it is just impossible to win all customers .. someday you win, someday you loose a customer. My competitors will have the same. It s not important.
I do know however , I always try to give the best possible service. If any complaint , i will solve always by refund, replacements or other agreement. Some customers prefer to go first to forum before contacting me .. thats unfortunate. I had delays in sending parcels yes, because the holidays. I send warning message about this to all my customers by the way.
About quality issues .. sometimes maybe i overlook .. I am human .. but again I always replace or refund. I have over 1000+ happy customers. This means I m working well.
About missing data ... in some cases true .. what i do not have or recieve from my catcher I cannot give .. or i should lie as Im sure some dealers do ... I prefer to be honest.
I work hard on my business ... I add almost daily new items which is unique .. My prices are more then fair , my discounts and loyalty program unseen in this business. It s a shame you never see these positive points in a forum. But there are a lot of very loayl and nice customers thats keeps going my way.
