Belgium has a very promising team! It is some kind of golden generation. They just have to gain more experience. If they manage to control Messi, they will make it to the semifinal.

Young age and unexperience against experience and solid team ! logic results without surprise (same kind of match as for France against Germany) an ideal (FIFAn and financial ) quartet for semifinals

Same thing, I have missed the first 30 mn and when I read "0-5", I thought the TV channel made an error on the score...
It confirms me that : - our French team was great (Germany hardly beat us 1-0) ;-) - this Brazilian team was totally overrated and under pressure. True that without Thiago Silva and Neymar they were lacking 2 of their best players.

If someone hasn't seen this great match, here's a short summary (better with sound):

Love the short summary, I had just done a twelve hour day shift and was up at half four this morning for another one, last night I really wanted to watch the match even though I was knackered, I thought I'd watch the first half and see how I felt, didn't really need to watch anymore than half an hour, not taking anything away from Germany who really turned it on and played as a team should, but Brazil were totally useless without neymar and silva. Can't see either of tonight's two beating Germany but anything can happen, let's hope for a European final.

Germany finally played too their potential vs Brazil, remember they beat number 5 ranked Potugal 4-0. The Netherlands/Argentina semi finalgame, was according too the experts....a snoozefest. Thomas Muller will break all scoring records, he has 10 World Cup goals, he is only 24!

let play the final match ! sure Germany is the favourite with his fantastic team ! but a football match needs to be played to know the winner ! to be the favourite is not enough !

Hope Germany will win, they deserve to be champions ! Argentina, with their poor game, would really be a sad champion, as Italy in 2006.

I think in the end the super Germans deserved to win, the Argies were clearly playing for a penalty shootout during extra time. How those that played in the England shambles - team must have looked on in despair. Two losses and one draw and bottom of their group, so much for these super rich, over payed and pampered so called football stars.
