When you measure Odonata are you going wingspan or body length? I've caught lots but never thought of measuring them before. Thanks

I do wingspan for labeling purposes. I do body length for my personal notes only. Nice darners. I have always wanted to collect Coryphaeschna ingens, and the many Macromia species in that part of the country. I had a chance when I was stationed in Ft. Campbell, KY, but they are not easy to net. 😒
