My specimen is probably 35 years old, and rather annoying since it doesn't fit any area of study- it's an oddball. Don't know why I didn't get rid of it years ago, except I'm too busy to sell anything- what little time I have is eaten up donating specimens to institutions and serious students! LOL.

I know the winter blahs are about over and all, but still would love to see people's drawers.

Nicely done, had to resist posting some butterfly "drawers" at the risk of derailing the thread

I've been pumping myself up for this season as it's slowly warming up. I have been planning to go to the Auburn, CA area the last two weekends, but it's been raining there. This weekend looks promising, and it's going to be 69 degrees in the day. I hope I luck out and find some Philores sonorensis, and these are a sierra Nevada segregate compared to the ones in So Cal. We shall see.

It's been over a week of wind and rain here so you're not alone. The last drawer had some really interesting species that are new to me, could you please post their names? And maybe what planet these two are from?

Thank you it is much appreciated, can't imagine how some of you built a collection before the internet-although it's not always so helpful.

Ok Bill, perhaps your calendar is different than mine, but April 1st is still a few days out. I have searched all my resources and came up with nothing on Caliatus angasii or Platyia umbrina. It looks like you attached wings to a chrysalis for angasii and a rat tail for umbrina. I would love to stand corrected, but maybe we should save the trolling for the fishing stories thread

This is the last gif I will post on the forum, no need to clutter things up. If you haven't seen second hand lions, it is highly recommended.
