More...... Automeris hesselorum ( final instar ) A. cecrops pamina ( fourth and fifth instars ) A. patagoniensis.....two color morphs ( last instar ) A. louisiana......my third generation.... ( last instar )

Probably my two favorites..... A. Io and A. louisiana Oops.......forgot the io larvae ( last instar ) Sorry about all the pics.....I was just having fun.

Bueautiful species! I was lucky to collect few Automeris sp. in French Guiana , but I would love to have some N.American in my collection besides A.io which is the only one I believe occurs in Southern Ontario.
