Hey everyone, I'm Mo, a grad student in Mchigan. I've been looking for a decent bug identification forum for a while, since there are a few interesting bugs near my home and lake I've been wanting to identify. Hope I can get your help in my next thread. Nice to meet you all! Welcome Mo. You carry the name of an old friend from Michigan - "Mo" Nielsen - who introduced me to the wetlands of the UP over 40 years ago! John

turkeypets, Welcome to Insectnet. See my post (4th down) in the Technical Issues section: insectnet.proboards.com/thread/4692/picture-attachmentNote that uploading photos directly to the forum is not possible. Please post info and links to photos of your 'tiny bugs' in the Bug Identification section using the Create Thread button on the right and include your location to help with correct identification. Adam.

Hello everyone, Here my quick intro: Living in Canada, I am a 30 year old amateur entomologist who collects a little of everything especially insects from temperate regions. For 22 years now, I have been breeding Canadian butterflies and moths. Over time, I developed a strong interest in genetic selection and the creation of new forms mainly in moths. After all this year, i decided in 2015 to starting my butterfly farm project and in 2021, I started to set up my facilities for the breeding of several thousand butterflies per year. I hope I can share some of my finest specimens with you!
