Hello fellow members.
I have always been in love with insects and other animals. Of all insects I love mantises most and I have kept twenty species of mantises.
I am very excited to be here and really want to find new friends here.

Greetings everyone.
I'm from the region of Beira Alta in Portugal and have always had an interest in insects, particularly hymenopteran insects specially bees and wasps, unfortunately in my region and with the added obstacles set out by the pandemic it can be difficult to find people interested in bees and wasps, I set out this year to see what I could learn about bees and wasps in my region and throughout the world, and I joined this forum so that I could find others to share my interest with and hopefully learn more about insects.

Hello! I'm Squiffy, I have found insects as my passion within the last year, and it isn't an exaggeration to say this passion has saved my life. Hello All, I am a mother and wife and since I can remember I have loved butterflies,catipillars and moths although I didnt know the ones I liked were moths.
.
Since I have fpr the past two years taken an interest and have been noticong butterflies I embarked on a jorney to find butterflies and moths I liked.

I like to observe caterpillar behavior (and caterpillar season is almost over now, woe is me). I joined to ask a question about caterpillar pupation after noticing an unusual trend with the ones in my yard.

Hello,
My name's Eddie and I live in Hertfordshire in the UK.
From time to time we get interesting 'bugs' visiting the garden. Once had a humming bird hawk moth visit the pond, for example.
I always find it difficult to identify the correct type from the many online guides and photos. So I definitely prefer to seek out expert guidance - such as I'm sure I'll find in this forum.
I'm shortly going to post about a cricket.

hi i'm morgan. i have collected bugs n stuff for as long as i can remember. i was always catching baby grasshoppers and lizards. anyway! now i make art with insects and other stuff i can get my hands on. nice meeting you all! <3

fini di studio.
