I can confirm this is a scam website. I just ordered two tarantulas. Was never given a tracking number and when they finally did, they claimed they needed me to pay $180 to release the shipment. This is a domestic shipment, customs would never need this. I contacted the shipping company "EMS" directly through the tracking email they sent. This is where they messed up. Upon confirming the details, the scammers (Bugshippers) accidentally wrote back to me on the Shippers email (EMS) email thread for an email I sent to the bugshippers customer service. It is clear they are operating both email addresses. I cut my loses and lesson learned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

The website is hosted in USA but mailing address is in Iceland.
Check the email IP address and see where it originates.
