Without knowing where you are in the world- I think it looks like a "true bug", maybe some leaf bug that found it's way indoors.
It isn't a cockroach. Bugs get around, no matter how clean things are, earlier today a spider crawled over the lid of my laptop..

I'm in Europe, and I did have a walk in a park earlier today, so plausible could bring it from nature. As much as I hate roaches, I'm only paranoid about bedbugs, but the ones I ever saw before had rounder shapes and little different head antenas though and I'm not an expert so wanted to get opinions, before I leave behind all my stuff and run out naked from this place.

This is just a typical plant bug ( family Miridae) - they don't live indoors, and are quite harmless.
