I live in the USA on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Found a ton of these tiny little bugs on a blanket my dog sleeps on I am praying this isn’t bed bugs. Blood Came out when I killed one. Only found one alive I think the rest were dead. They are super tiny, like a fraction of my finger nail. That’s why I couldn’t get a decent photo. i.imgur.com/y5oet5R.jpgi.imgur.com/V9QtNlk.jpg i.imgur.com/cNs9ZcW.jpg

Please see my post (4th down) about posting photos to the forum in the Technical Issues section: insectnet.proboards.com/thread/4692/picture-attachmentNote that uploading photos directly to the forum is not possible. A location (at least country) would help in identification too. Adam.

Ticks or bed bugs. Need a closer photo. Could it be fleas? It’s just weird I only saw them where my dog was laying and most were dead.

Thank you!! My dog is flea treated and maybe that’s why they were dead. He goes off and explores in the woods a lot. Anyway, I washed everything in my room, Lysol the heck out of the place and gave my dog a medicated bath. Hopefully they are gone!
