A small circular, about 3mm diameter, creature bit my sister in the leg this morning. Located in Leicestershire UK in a cabin by the woods. There are deer located so we thought possibly a tick but didn't look anything like a tick,no legs visible. Grey brown with a red dot and a kind of fin on back. Close up photo attached on profile pic (more when I can!). Also took video. If anyone can help identify that would be great. Many thanks.

Hi Thanks. I have identified the bug as a green lacewing larvae or 'trash bug'.
