What is this bug? Found it on the wooden bed frame. Sorry the images aren't that clear but it's the best my camera could do. Forgot to post this. Here's the little bugger for scale

maybe a wood louse or book louse.

Book lice feed on fungal mycelia on the surface of wood, paper etc, and end up gradually eating the wood/paper (and insect specimens in collections) too. The best way to control them without pesticides is to reduce the humidity in the room as much as possible. Their food (fungus) cannot survive in dry conditions and neither can they.
