5mm Hammer-head winged ant (with picture)

Hi there!

I've photographed a strange looking ant in a small tropical woodland in Singapore. It has a pair of large hammer-head-like antennae, which from far mimicked an ant carrying some food. I also observed its peculiar flight pattern of taking off backwards as if diving. 

Would love to know what it is
