The first photograph features a grasshopper nymph. Probably, just a few days old.
Your second photograph looks to me to be a small species of wasp. There are "many" types of small wasps in the order Hymenoptera. To be honest you would have to be an enthusiast of the order or a hymenoptera specialist to give a more exacting identification.
