Please help me identify these bugs, these are very tiny and are not visible if you are not looking for them. All walls and ceilings of rooms are full of them, there are few of them in kitchen and hall. We don't have pets. We live on 5th floor and don't have any garden but we do have some plants. We got sanitization done and I also sprayed mosquito killer on them but it didn't work. We live in India Link to images: imgur.com/5pC7h7himgur.com/2u4ekJ1imgur.com/xMSAiiaimgur.com/xqd8j1V

These are Psocids (booklice). You have mold problem in your apartment.

It's monsoon season in India now, so the humidity is relatively high. Psocids feed on invisible fungus on the surface of objects (including walls), often in books and also insect collections kept in higher than recommended humidity.
If the air is dry they will be unable to survive, partly because the fungus they feed on will die too. Obviously the 'best' way to dry the air in your room is using expensive airconditioning or a dehumidifier. Of course they will disappear once the dry season arrives if the humidity in your roon drops.

Thanks Adam Cotton for the reply, it is not much humid in my area and it seems only our apartment is particularly infected with them. I check with my other residents of my building and no one else is facing this problem. I have tried running dehumidifier mode of my air conditioner and also tied keeping room heater on for a day but there was no impact on them. Also, I am not sure if they are Psocids, there is no pattern in them, they are on all walls and ceiling. We have few paintings in our home with paper or cardboard back and these paintings are no extra impacted. One more thing, I have noticed that one of the wooden cupboard in my house is effected by termite, could these be related to termite?

The 2nd photo in your links at the original post seems the best, and it does look rather like a Psocid, not a termite.
It is possible that you have currently invisible fungus growing in the areas they congregate. Possibly there is enough dampness above your ceiling coming from the floor above to enable fungus to grow. Possibly there is a very small longstanding leak in a water pipe somewhere above your head. If the damp is getting in from above you the problem won't be solved until that is fixed.
