Molippa wenczeli and Molippa kohlii are probably synonyms, and I do not know which one has precedence as both were described in 2008. I believe these moths are high altitude species, very similar to Molippa simillima.
The much lower elevation in Satipo would indicate Molipa simillima.

here is the wingspan : 69mm
About the elevation : 1200m.
That is why I also think it's simillima rather than another one.
