This is a hobbyist website. The pictures are unclear. They are not bedbugs in any event. They look pretty big for lice as well.

I agree they are not bedbugs. The one on the collar towards the left is similar to a Reduviid. I wonder whether they were attracted to lights and landed on the white clothes in the light?

I tend to agree with Adam……they could be Reduviid youngsters. Also, lice don’t, as I understand/believe congregate like this. I wonder if there were any on darker colored sweaters. Bed bugs would be preferring darker crevices. They warrant attention, but not panic.

So you noticed the attire as well, frankly, I was a little worried about using the link. I found the comment about Jshuey to be somewhat ironic.
To me, while it is/was an id question, the nature of the issue seems like something better solved by some local health authority.
