It appears in the bathroom at work and that's the only place I see them wings have small white dots around them

the picture is unclear, but it does look distinctive, so maybe someone can id it. To me, it looks like it could be a fly.

Those tend to be found in damp areas like bathrooms, especially if they never dry out.

The larvae live in drains, such as the plug-hole in a sink.
