Sounds more like they are attempting to test the intelligence of insect collectors.

This looks highly suspicious, I would not go there if I were you. Dave Dave, I had a look while I was at work (where I work has VERY secure internet connections/firewalls/anti-virus software etc) and I don't think that there is anything malicious there (tho' I can't guarantee it). It's a dozen or so statements along the lines of "insects have intelligence" with a number of answers ranging from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree" you can select. There's no indication of the purpose of the questionnaire, who is behind it or what the results will be used for... Simon

In my experience surveys of this kind are usually used to get your details for further use i.e. cold calling etc. Dave
