Back in 1974 I captured 4 specimens of this very small roach species, and at that time there were only 4 specimens known in the US for this species. But, over the past 40 years I have captured hundreds every year in my UV light traps here at my home location. It appears this species is only found among heavily forested woodlands. I have placed numerous hundreds of this species in several museum and university collections. Adults occur mostly in August and September.
