Hello
Have any of you had any dealings with Ento Sphinx S.R.O.? Have you been satisfied with their products and service?
I have been trying, but I cannot get a response back from them during the past week.
BioQuip is going out of business this coming month and despite having used their products since the mid 70's, I had not been happy with their recent products and support. I did make a purchase from a particular banned member here (before the ban) and you can count me among the disgruntled buyers - never again even if he were not going out of business.
I would like to try out the most powerful version of the UV/LED collecting light that Ento Sphinx is offering but so far, no response back from them. What other options are there for night collecting lights and equipment that you use?

I only have ordered pins from them but as always there was no issue with order or shipping and their pins are of very good quality

I bought from them pins,setting boards,permamine setting strips and books,it´s cheaper than others and very fast to send the parcel.

I just placed an order with them a few days ago. I have not purchased from them before, but have only heard positive reviews from others. I have purchased their pins elsewhere and have been satisfied with the quality.
My experience with this recent order I placed is that they would reply back to messages or requests for price quote in about 5-7 days. This included after placing the order and not getting an invoice for about 1 week. So perhaps you will hear back soon?

It sounds like I should be hearing back anytime now and this is just the usual pace. Thank you for that. I wasn't sure if the lack of response was typical for them or if something else out of the normal is happening (example: high volume of requests or other unforeseen circumstances).
If the LED light is not up to performance, do any of you have other sources for 15W UV fluorescents?
I am going to have to get some lessons from an electrician to repair/reverse engineer what I have or at least fix two brand new units that never performed (one from BioQuip that they did not want to support and another from you can guess who).

There are a lot of places these days that are having problems with staff shortages. That in turn affects the business involved when it comes to customer service, responses, etc.
Patience is a virtue these days but, I am sure if they have been in business (for any length of time); you will be a satisfied customer.
I wonder if "guess who" was a used car salesman in his life at some point.
