Can you please ID the following. This insect was on my shower wall and then fell onto a shampoo bottle. Worried about roach infestation. My home is not dirty although poor ventilation in the bathroom does cause some mold issues. I am in New England, large cities nearby include Boston or Providence. If you can ID, can you also let me know of any potential next steps I should take. Thank you in advance.
