It is Lonomia descimoni or Lonomia pseudobliqua.
Lemaire indicates examination of genitalia is necessary to distinguish between the two.

Neither is confirmed by Lemaire for Junin, but based on other locations in Peru, it seems descimoni is the most likely prospect.
