Of the fourteeen Pseudodirphia species I have listed for Peru, Lemaire's Hemileucinae 2002 lists obliqua, uniformis, eumedidoides, thiaucourti, andicola, peruviana, niceros from Junin. Niceros is very distinct and neither of the two Pseudodirphia you have recently posted are close to niceros. Obliqua has a very white basal area and orange markings at all intersections of pm line with wing veins as well as orange markings on am line, as well as strong black mark along inner egde of aml and inner margin. Uniformis tends to be more of a uniform buff colour (except for subterminal area) with reduced black mark edge of aml and inner margin. Eumedidoides seems best match so far, especially with what appears to be slight inward turn of pm line and whitish interior costa patch. Thiacourti is another possibility for same reasons as eumedidoides. Andicola is another possibility. I actually favour peruviana, but I am not certain. I think the specimen depicted is quite worn and some of the features that might help narrow down the id even further seem obliterated. I think the location should also be spelled as Venado, not Veando, but I am not certain of that either. It is also difficult to tell if some of the first species I mentioned are possibilities or not, due to wear and possibility of grease in basal area. All of these species have wingspans that would be in agreement with what you have stated.
