I found out only very recently that I had a bad report from one business partner on August 8, 2010. The link is as below.

They promise A1 quality, but after receiving your prepayment they send specimens of very bad quality, and not ordered species but another ones.
Do not make any prepayment to them!
They promise to return your money if you are not satisfied with their specimens, but it's not true, in reality they return nothing to you...
Unfortunately I had a sad experience with them and would like to warn everybody not to do such a mistake as to buy insects from them."

It's really a hard process to work with Dmitry. After a long time communication he finally agree to pay via paypal which allow buyer to raise a dispute and get payment refunded within two months following online order process. After he received the parcel, he emailed that the specimens were of wrong species and cut the price very very low(from $297 to $75.2). My colleague has been in insect business for over 10 years and confirmed it was correct. He also reports severe damage of 63 pcs and 28 pcs of two species, however, he just sent over photos showing the numbers of 19 and 14. Just trying to solve the situation, I offered we deliver 10% of his order and the damaged ones for free together with his next order(international posting fee is expensive). He refused. I suggest he kindly return the parcel and I'll return his payment via paypal as normal paypal refund process. He refused. These all happened within two months after his payment. He didn't raise a dispute on paypal, but post bad report here....
Though it's one year after the payment till now(payment made April 23, Unique Transaction ID # 6VB64840YL076472H ). I can still offer refund his payment after he sent back the specimens, as it's normal online order process.
