It might help if you told us the name of the proprietor, or a link to their website. I've never heard of them myself under that name. Somebody might then know who they are and give a reply.

I made one like to answer questions ! Returning to the more interesting: www.insectstores.com/I usually deal with many suppliers and sending the tracking number is sent the day after (so in my case Tuesday at the latest!). Now it is Saturday and 3 emails, I had no response even to tell me they have not had time to send me bugs (for example). I just hope it's just a time-cons ... We'll see!

Just wanted to let you all know about insectstores: The proprietor does a lot of traveling in the field to collect insects. While in the field he does not have access to his e-mail. So, be patient.

Hello,
I take advantage of this subject (always no news(short stories)!!) to give a cry of short the bowl. For everything the sites of entomology that I know (about twenty) A single signal the absence of the owner with his duration (Nature et Passion in Paris). I find that it is a total lack of respect face to face for the customer!!
So it is said!

I think I was very patient! A dispute has been opened (Paypal) ... I'm waiting! I do not appreciate this behavior.

So, after threatening to get a refund through Paypal, miraculously, I had an answer that was to give me a tracking number of the package. But because there is a but, sending my insects has not been done as the 10/06 but the gentleman told me 25/06! I do not wear jugment. It's up to you to get an idea. But the whole thing personally did not like at all ... Like the friends to whom I spoke.
Now we'll see what I receive.

In light of Clark's previous post that he's often out in the field collecting I'd be happy to wait a bit less than a month if I was getting good quality specimens I was after... Simon
