I payed in advance via Bank transfer per some Morpho peleides eggs.
Before the payment comunication was good.
After three weeks the parcell has not been received yet and he do not answer my e-mails.

Finally, after 4 weeks he answered me.
Any kind of conection problem. He apologized and told me he will send the ova because there was a problem with the sendings also.
All seems to be a misunderstanding

Hello Fede,
I trade with Jean-Pierre Vesco since some years: he's a honest person and eggs he sells come from his own rearings (he has 1 large flight house and 1 huge caterpillars house), but often he's very busy to reply fast to e-mails, not only for those regarding tradings.
In one case I had the opposite problem with him, as last year I received eggs from him, without paying in advance: once eggs hatched, I write him asking for remember me his Paypal account to send payment, but he didn't reply.
Also when I write him just to have some rearing advice, he sometimes replies one or more weeks later.
I suppose he asked you money in advance because he didn't know you.
In the past I too sent eggs to anyone with payment at receiving of the eggs, but in last year I experienced some new people taking eggs and then disappearing, so I can understand if he started to ask for money in advance to unknown users.

In my old Forum I advised members to allow 30 days for a transaction to complete before posting a complaint here. This is still good advice I think, as illustrated by this incident. |
