Has anyone had any dealings with this guy ? Seems genuine but checking before I send money as fed up of being fleeced.

Looks like nobody has heard of him or had any dealings with him. Just as well as I am sure now he is another crook so look out ?

Best way to find out is tell him that you won't send money until you receive the specimens and see if he replies. The scammers either don't reply or ask you to pay shipping fees in advance (DON'T DO IT).

Sounds very fishy already. Wait for the western union request, then you will know for sure.
