human hair eating worm ?

Hi, can you guys help me identify this little worm? I found a handful of them on my bed, the reddish object is the worm nest I think, I tried to unwrap the nest, and there is a little worm inside it, length no more than 10mm with a red head. the funny thing is, they eat my hair for supper, and they drag the nest around.
