I've just got round to my first deal with David Cassat (aka Indowings on eBay) and was VERY pleased with the deal.
Beautiful specimens, very well packed and delivered in record time.
I can't recommend Indowings enough and am scrathing my head as to why I never dealt with David before...I'll certainly be ordering more of David's insects in the future.

I have been dealing with David for years now...His service can only be described as exemplary. Unfortunately for you, Simon, he has now ceased auction items on eBay, but his 'store items' are still available...

Exemplary is the word! I don't know why I never ordered anything or bid on any of David's auctions (when he ran them) before as I've looked at his items on eBay for years...
Anyway, now I'm converted and will definately be back for more. Definately recommended to anyone else who hasn't ordered from David before.

Its good to hear some positive feedback for a change,
and whilst Indowings is not as active as it once was,
any material offered is sure to be "exemplary"

To put it bluntly, there is no finer dealer around. I've ordered or bid on/ won his stuff for years and have always been super-pleased. If I could only order from a few, he'd surely be one of those few  I agree----it is SO nice to be able to say good things regarding sellers. It is also very much easier to do so and actually enjoyable  |

If I remember correct, he is closing his bussiness now due to new strong rules for exporting insects in Australia.

I think I have read this in the description of an ebay auction by him some months ago, but now I can't see anything like this in auctions.

I thought it was because the market had started to become saturated with the once "rare"species and it was no longer viable for him to continue with indowings. it started with the GFC so I was told |

Thanks everyone for the very kind messages and recommendations.
I have actually started trading again after a break, when business was so poor that it was no longer viable to be running the business. The main problem is in fact the very strong Aussie dollar and the fact that I sell on eBay.com and trade in USD.
But like most collectors, I found I couldn't really give it up! So please drop by my eBay store regularly to see what is there and don't hesitate to send me an email if you're looking for something specific from the Indo-Australian region.

Recently purchased a male and two female stichopthalma godfreyii from David and can not praise him enough, the most fabulous, fresh, bright specimens I've seen and excellent communications and professionalism.
