As there are scent scales on both forewings I would say aberration. Oh, and I would also say wrong topic.

It also looks like the lighting is at a harsh angle and the specimen is a bit tilted, making an apparent aberration more extreme looking.

I also agree this is not a gynandromorph. A slight aberration of a summer form male of Papilio maackii,or maybe not at all and it's just the light.
