It is probably aroa as you have suggested, especially if altitude was below 1000m. If elevation was above 1000m, it is more likely andina. Elevation and wingspan, along with location are especially helpful when differentiating between these two species. Both are reported in Junin Region of Peru. Satipo Province probably has elevations above and below 1000m, with the higher elevations mostly in western portions of the province. The males are slightly more easily determined, but still difficult. Bill Oehlke
