Ware are the Rain Beetles this fall?

I have been doing some trading with beetle collectors that like to get a few Rain Beetles from me. The beetles topically fly in November but none have come to my light during or after rain storms all month. I am located northern side of Monterey Bay CA. Any thoughts on what might be going on here? I topically get less than 15 beetles in fall at my light through out the month. I assume they are strays from other hatch locations.
