Roast goose, with a lovely dressing, whipped mashed potatoes, lots of cream, butter added to make them rich and creamy, wonderfull gravy, red cabbage cooked with red wine, apple sauce, rendered goose fat. For dessert, gooseberry torte, fresh raspberry torte.....
