These 16th or 17th drawings might also be German instead of Dutch. They have other insects, not sure if this is the right forum. With many thanks for all your help! Attachments:

The big wasp (order Hymenoptera) on the bottom-left looks like Vespa crabro (the largest European wasp).
The smaller wasp on the bottom-right ,is a Vespula species from Europe ,in the family Vespidae (same as Vespa crabro).
The beetle on the top-right corner looks like a Meloe proscarabaeus (Meloidae) from Europe.
