Left: a dragonfly (order Odonata) : it seems like a Libellula depressa male (from Europe).
Right: a male of Lucanus cervus. I see that the edge of antennae has 6 articles, and considering also the shape of the madibles, I will say that here is painted the subspecies akbesianus of Lucanus cervus,which occurs in Turkey.
