I bought one item from this guy in the end of Aug, 2011. In Sept, he claimed the parcel's been in my country. From then till now, I asked him about the same question several times but no tracking way or number for me at all.
In the past one month, he stopped answering my mails including my refund requirment. However, he is selling items in ebay now.
It's too late for me to rate him with negative feedback in ebay.
That's why I'd like to declaire my case here.

Sorry to hear about your negative experience with lvyouxiaochong.
I recieved two parcels from him in 2011 and the specimens were accurately described and delivered in a timely fashion.
Communication has been good, so I am surprised to read this account.
Perhaps the parcel was lost in transit.

I bought from him once before this time. In the previous case, my parcel got stuck in the transportation company. I got my parcel back two months later after his delivery.
Items quality is no problem.
This time I still prefer to believe that he sent the parcel. He said the post office in China had serious check the box before delivery. As long as the parcel arrives in Taiwan, I can track by myself. However, the same answer I can get in the last mails is " parcel is in Taiwan". That's it.
No tracking number, no express company with any contact way. Later on, he never reply my mails.
The amount is not big. But I care about his attitude more.

I buy for two times from him, last 2011: no problem for beetles, good material. Only long time for post

I had an expensive parcel misshipped to him - he did not want to return it - and said he would exchange for it so I agreed - HE SENT ME about $200.00 for a wholesale invoice near $2000.00 and would not communicate with me nor want to resolve the issue. I agree - his attitude is extremely poor, NO DATA on his specimens, and the box for the last shipment was like a wrapper on a choclolate bar. All together - another novice Hildebrando in training - I will NOT DEAL ever again with him - he is a theif and liar.
