Need help to identify this insect from Colombia

Hi you all, my fascination for insects is basically photography, i see something beautifull and take a picture of it, but i dont collect them. I fund this insect in Nariño, Colombia near a vegetation type tipical to high altitudes (Paramo), which in this case is locatesd at about 2700 meters. Could you help me with its identification? Thanks!
