that looks like Perissus wollastoni (or Calanthemis wollastoni, I don't wich name has priority)

Perissus wollastoni Aurivillius, 1912 (or Calanthemis wollastoni Aurivillius, 1912), mine are determined as Perissus, may be an old name for the valid genus, I can't help as i don't have the last revison on google it is also gahan 1909, sorry to not help more
