I recently made an order with one of our advertisers who I had not previously dealt with. I made an on line order late Sunday night and it was mailed out Monday morning. I was very impressed by how fast it was sent out. The only drawback I experienced was not being able to track it. Even when I have paid to get a tracking number in the past to get a delivery from Canada, the tracking lag was WAAAY behind. I have to commend Ken Thorne for the speed, packaging, prices and quality. Some specimens he sent as a- were in much better shape than advertised. Thanks to Thornes!

Thanks, I appreciate your acknowledgement. I send to the USA always with a tracking number but once it enters US postal system they don't seem to put it up until it is delivered. I usually do not send out the tracking number unless asked for as I use it to make sure I know where the package is. Many times it gets there faster than it can be put into the system. Enjoy the insects.

I'll be ordering again soon - I promise. I agree, postal info is easier to track from China vis EMS but for some reason, the USA can't get info up to date when it is from a country right next door. Because of postal carriers, I never expected a tracking number from you. Thanks again.

This thread is certainly a little bit of sunshine for a change... A very good endorsement indeed...
