Most of the times when I want to go onto insectnet (with firefox) I get a white screen and it says it is waiting for content from ads.pubmatic.com, so this whole issue has to do with the add on top of the page by proboards.
I can only be here since 2 days when I quickly click the stop loading button after connecting to the website.
If some people have not been on insectnet the last 48 hours it is due to that problem as they cannot enter the site.
Could you please forward this issue to proboads Clark? I can give you further information if you need it in order to resolve the problem but please do something. I am not the only one having this issue as a friend of mine just reported me the same problem.
