I was just going to ask the same question! I ordered some moths from him and paid 176 Euros. Nothing happened for a few weeks and so I emailed him. He explained that there was a problem with the post office there which he had sorted, he did actually send a photo of the address label of the parcel. Anyway, more time elapsed and still no moths so I emailed him again, and again, and again. No replies to any. I paid on the 23rd of April at which time I also bought some moths from China, they have already arrived! I have been in contact with a French guy who paid 250 Euros and had the same experience. It is looking more and more like a scam to me. Incidentally he goes by the name of Lionello Gabucci. I will give him until the weekend (he may be on vacation or something) then I shall get in touch with PayPal. Dave

Hi Len, the town on the postal label he emailed me a copy of is Pesaro. I would check the tracking number too but I don't know how.

Update: I googled up the Italian postal service to check the tracking number he gave me, they say they have no information on it. I shall now contact Paypal and try to get my money back. Dave

Further update: Paypal inform me that I am three days over the time limit. Looks like I have lost 176 Euros.

Further update: Paypal inform me that I am three days over the time limit. Looks like I have lost 176 Euros. Dave, Sorry to hear that. I think the scammers now use delaying tactics to keep people waiting until the time limit for Paypal disputes runs out. I bought something from eBay (not insects) and the "seller" kept sending excuses why he hadn't sent yet. By the time my patience ran out and I took it up with Paypal they told me the same thing as they have told you You'll have to book your next holiday to Italy...then drop round to his address to say "hello" Simon

Simon, I doubt the address he gave me is legit anyway, but I do have some friends in Italy who I will be in touch with. I will 'Send the boys round' to have a word! ;D

It would be tempting though...the old "horses head in the bed" trick should work Simon
