I caught this guy on the wing today while out looking for butterflies. Before I swung my net, I was trying to figure out if it was a wasp or bee of some kind. It measures in with a 2.6cm body length and it is covered with a thick velvet like fuzz. If needed, I can try to coax a higher rez photo out of my cheap camera and/or wait until it comes off of the board and try again.
