I am not a moth collector so my knowledge is very limited. This came into light at home in the Southern Highlands of NSW two nights ago. It is a stunning metallic gold.Quite amazing. Attachments:

It's the beautiful Plusiinae Noctuid Thysanoplusia orichalcea.

Thank you Thanos. I see from the CSIRO site that it is a pest species.....
