I have the 'Life in the Undergrowth' DVD. It's mind-blowing. Have you ever seen two forest slugs mate?

For me it has to be life on earth from the late 1970s.this spectacular show was revolutionary at the time and to my mind has never been equalled since it made Sunday night viewing unmissable.

Well said dunc01226, I agree completely. After watching that program, one truly has a better more thorough understanding of life on earth. It helped me much as a biology teacher. I did also enjoy the Blue Planet.

Yes i saw the film in question. If i'm right, i beleive the camera man sat for 28 days to catch a film of only a few seconds mateing of the lyerbird.

Dunc, Me too...I was only born in 1973 but have vivid memories of being allowed to stay up "late" to watch these. Absolute classics Simon
