Has anyone dealt with/bought from William Tolei, from the Solomon Islands, who ocassionally advertises on here?

Hi! I was deal with him many years, but now I am waiting for the shipment from him more than 4 month! Also, some of my collegues also have not received the shipments from him yet last 4-5 months....
We have sent to him few thous.USD at February, but till this time - nothing...
But, once again, I have deal with him many times. All was OK and quickly before. Deal at your own risk, I think.

Hello Pavel, Thanks for the information  Several people have sent me pm's saying pretty much the same thing...that in the past he's been reliable and sent stuff but that more recently he's been slow in sending/fails to send/ignores emails  I may try contacting him to see if he'll send and accept payment on receipt of the items - if not I'll give him a miss. He looks honest as he has never achieved to catch any rare Delias from Solomon for me. A thief would have offered me hundreds of them...
